Troubleshooting and Solutions

  • Verify if the transaction involves restricted countries, industries, or transaction types and adjust payment options accordingly.

  • Review merchant payment gateway settings to ensure transactions are compliant with regional laws and regulatory standards.

  • Consult the payment gateway's compliance team to understand the specific reason for the regulatory block (RR04 code).

  • If necessary, suggest the customer try an alternative payment method that complies with the relevant regulations.
