-   **Suspicious activity detected:** The issuer temporarily suspended the card due to suspected fraudulent transactions.
-   **Overdue payments or account issues:** The cardholder's account has overdue balances or other financial issues requiring resolution.
-   **Security policy enforcement:** The card was suspended by the issuer to protect the customer's account until further verification.
-   **Pending verification:** The issuer suspended the card pending completion of required identity or compliance verifications.
